Founded in 1992, Bobby Loven saw an opportunity to meet a growing need as the North Carolina High Country began to expand. Without another reliable source for concrete-specific supplies, and with Bobby’s entrepreneurial vision, Boone Concrete Supply was born. Since it opened, BCS has been known as Boone’s premier custom rebar manufacturer and concrete product supplier.

 

Today we support the growth of the High Country by providing quality products and excellent service to our valued customers.

 

In July 2025, we joined the Maymead family of companies to include LOVEN Ready Mix and Carl Rose and Sons Paving. Maymead is a diversified construction material supplier and highway contractor that has been serving the communities of Western North Carolina, Eastern Tennessee, and Southwest Virginia for nearly 100 years.
